Volker Häfele : “I like the principle ‘Employees train employees’, because the speakers often have not only been involved in the introduction and further development of these topics , but also deal with the topic on a daily basis and thus have a very extensive practical knowledge feature.
In addition, colleagues are also available after the training as a contact person for further inquiries . At Creditplus, I have already participated in basic training, project management training and test training – which I have now adopted as a speaker. “
Silke Graf : “In the meantime, employees of our department have offered a whole range of training courses on the subject of ‘projects’. Starting in 2007, a so-called “basic training”, which gives an insight into our project approach model and the project management training, which then goes into detail on the toolbox of a project manager.
And then we have constantly expanded the offer: in 2009 for a test training, in 2011 for the training for our requirements coordinators in the specialist departments and a training course on the specification of letters / documents. Our ‘Youngest’ is a training course on the specification of reports in the data warehouse environment, it was first performed in May. In the future, we want to expand even further on the part of creating requirements and specifications. “
Sandra Grimm : “I find the concept ’employee training staff’ great and I personally enjoy it a lot. My experience is that the concept is very well received by the participants.
For one thing, you already have a very different relationship to each other, since we all work in the same company. Getting to know each other is a different matter, and new employees have the opportunity to meet colleagues from other departments . The participants as well as me as a speaker benefit from the respective experiences that everyone brings. Thus, the training always gets a nice practical relevance. “
